The shape of this makeup sponge is hand-polished, and there may be slight differences in size or density due to differences in production batches. This situation is within the tolerances accepted by the industry and does not affect use. The photos you provided claim that the product size is different from the sample. However, you admitted during our communication (see attached screenshot) that the product had been washed before measurement. Washing makeup sponges usually causes slight expansion or shape changes, which may cause measurement differences.
